Learn With Willow Therapies uses WooCommerce as our secure payment gateway. This accepts all standard credit cards for online payments, as well as allowing payment via PayPal and Visa Debit. If for any reason these payment methods are not working, or you would like to pay by e-transfer instead (Canada only) please email christine@willowtherapies.ca
If you have purchased a course in error or not long want the digital product and wish to get a refund, please email christine@willowtherapies.ca within 24 hours of ordering. Refunds are automatically granted within 24 hours of purchase if requested, outside of this time frame please email christine@willowtherapies.ca to discuss and reasonable requests will be considered.
After selecting your course and going to the checkout there should be a box titled 'coupon code'. Enter your code there and click submit code. Your checkout price should now reflect the discount provided by the coupon code. If you have any difficulties, or if the price is not reflecting the discount after submitting the code, please email christine@willowtherapies.ca.
